A short review link and QR code, a script for staff, timed email or SMS follow-ups, and a monthly target set from the competitors in your pack. Simple enough that a busy team keeps doing it.
Reviews are the prominence signal you can influence fastest — and the one that gets businesses in the most trouble. We build a review system that works within Google policy and UK law, and we handle the ones that break the rules.

Every review answered within two working days in your voice. Positive responses that reinforce your services and location; negative responses that are calm, specific and written for the next reader rather than the reviewer.
Reviews that breach Google policy flagged with the right reason, escalated through Business Profile support when the first flag fails, and documented in case a legal route is ever needed.
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force for consumer protection on 6 April 2025. It bans submitting or commissioning fake reviews, publishing reviews without taking reasonable steps to remove fake ones, and hiding incentivised reviews. The Competition and Markets Authority can fine businesses directly, up to 10% of global turnover, without going to court.
That means the "review packages" still sold by some agencies are no longer just a Google policy risk. They are a legal liability for the business that buys them. Every part of our review service is designed with that in mind.
Never: write reviews, pay for reviews, swap reviews, gate customers by sentiment, or use "review vendors".
No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. Google removes fabricated reviews and suspends profiles for them, and since 6 April 2025 the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act makes buying or commissioning fake reviews a banned practice with fines of up to 10% of turnover. We build the process that earns real ones.
Not under Google policy, and not under UK law if the incentive is conditional on the review being positive. You can ask every customer for a review, make it easy, and thank them afterwards. That is what we set up.
Only if it breaks Google's policies: fake, off-topic, conflict of interest, harassment, or about a different business. About a third of the "unfair" reviews we see qualify. For the rest, a good response does more for your ranking and conversion than any removal.
More than the businesses in the pack for your search, arriving at a steady rate. In most UK markets that means matching the leader and then adding two to eight a month depending on category. We set the target from the competitor data.
Yes. Count, rating, recency and the words used in reviews all feed prominence and relevance. A review that says "best emergency plumber in Croydon" helps for that search in a way a bare five stars does not.
Categories, services, photos, posts, Q&A and attributes tuned to what your customers actually search.
Evidence-led reinstatement appeals when Google suspends or removes your Business Profile.
A 40-point audit of your profile, website, citations and reviews with a prioritised action plan.
