Profile suspended? Get it back first time

A suspended Business Profile means no map pin, no reviews and no calls until it is reinstated. We identify the cause, assemble the evidence Google actually wants and write the appeal. From £199.

How recovery works

  1. Diagnosis, same day

You send the suspension notice and profile details on WhatsApp. We review the profile history, name, address type, categories and recent edits and tell you the likely cause and whether it is fixable.

  2. Fix the cause

Name corrected to the legal trading name, address or service area set correctly, ineligible categories removed, duplicate profiles identified. Appealing without fixing the cause is how second suspensions happen.

  3. Evidence pack

We give you a checklist of documents and photos, review them before submission and assemble them the way Google's reviewers expect.

  4. Appeal and follow-up

We submit the appeal, track it, and escalate with additional evidence if it is rejected. You get an update every time the status changes.

Hard suspension vs soft suspension

Soft: the profile still shows on Maps but you have lost management access. Usually resolved by re-verification.

Hard: the profile has been removed from Maps and Search entirely, reviews included. Requires a full reinstatement appeal with evidence.

Both are recoverable. Hard suspensions are where the evidence pack matters.

Prevention is included in every plan

Clients on a monthly plan get a suspension-risk review each quarter, and priority handling if a suspension happens anyway.

Frequently asked questions

Why was my profile suspended?

The most common UK causes in 2026: a business name that includes keywords or a location, an address that is a virtual office, PO box or residential address for a non-service-area business, a category change that made Google re-check eligibility, a sudden burst of reviews, multiple profiles at one address, or editing the profile from a new device or account. Google rarely tells you which; the appeal has to cover it.

Should I just create a new profile?

No. A new profile at the same address is itself a policy breach, is usually suspended within days, and makes the original harder to reinstate. Appeal the suspension you have.

How long does reinstatement take?

Google's form says a few days; in practice one to three weeks, longer if the first appeal is rejected and it goes to a second-level review. We prepare the evidence properly first, because the first appeal is the one that gets read most carefully.

What evidence does Google want?

Proof the business exists at the address as the named entity: a Companies House record or HMRC document, a utility bill in the business name, exterior photos showing permanent signage, interior photos, a photo of the shopfront with the street visible, and sometimes a short video. Service-area businesses need proof of the base address and vehicle branding.

What if the appeal is rejected?

We escalate through the Business Profile community and support channels with the additional evidence Google usually asks for at that stage. If Google gives a final no — which happens when the profile was ineligible from the start — we tell you and help you rebuild eligibility properly.
