Local SEO that scales across every location

Ten locations means ten profiles, ten sets of reviews, ten landing pages and ten local packs. We put the structure in place so each one performs and head office can see all of them on one report.

What multi-location work involves

  • Profile audit across the estate — ownership, duplicates, closed branches still live, inconsistent categories between sites.
  • Category and service standardisation — one template per format, with local variations where a branch genuinely differs.
  • Location page architecture — a locator, a unique page per site with LocalBusiness schema, and internal linking that gives every branch equal weight.
  • Reviews per branch — a request system that routes customers to the right profile, and response handling that scales.
  • Citations per branch — the same NAP discipline applied to every address, including branches that moved.
  • Reporting — grid rankings and profile actions for every site, plus a league table so you know which branches need attention.

The usual problems

Head office does not know who owns half the profiles. Three branches share one phone number. The website has one "Locations" page with a list of addresses and no individual pages. Reviews are all landing on the flagship. Two closed branches are still taking calls on Google.

We have fixed each of these more times than we can count. Bring us the spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

How many locations can you handle?

From two to several hundred. Below ten we work location by location; above that we use bulk profile management, a store locator with structured data and a shared review system, with the same grid tracking per site.

Do we need a page for every location?

Yes, one unique page per physical location, and it needs to be genuinely different: address, hours, team, local photos, services offered at that branch, reviews from that branch. Templated pages with only the town name swapped are the definition of a doorway page and Google says so.

Can a franchisee have their own profile?

Each physical location should have exactly one profile. Who owns it is a business decision; we recommend the franchisor keeps ownership and grants managers access, so profiles survive franchisee changes.

What about service-area businesses with vans, not branches?

Each dispatch point that has staff on site during hours can have a profile. Vans and storage units cannot. We help you structure service areas so multiple profiles do not compete with each other.
